I have a concierge practice, in which I limit my practice to 200 patients. This allows me to give my patients more personalized care, with longer visits, more availability to get in when needed, and flexibility to change appointments, and prompt email and phone communications. There is no to minimal waiting in my waiting room.

I charge an annual fee which is listed on my website, thevillagefamilydoctor.com. This annual fee covers all my visits, and can be split into monthly or quarterly payments. I do not bill insurance directly, but all of my patients have some form of insurance. Some insurance companies will reimburse for out-of-network doctor's visits, and I provide a superbill to be sent in if requested. I do not contract with Medicare, and they will not reimburse for my services. I do have Medicare patients, but they pay me out of pocket.

If you are interested in meeting me, and finding out if my practice is right for you, I offer a 30 minute consultation for $85.00. If you decide to use my services, this fee is deducted from any future fees.  Just let me know if you are interested, and I will put you on my schedule.
