Patient Portal Access & Assistance
Logging in for the First Time:
· Refer to the login information sheet provided during your first visit.
· If you don't have this sheet,
click "Forgot Password" on the portal login page.
· You'll receive an email with your
username and a temporary password.
· After logging in, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
Forgot Your Password or Username?:
· Click "Forgot
Password" on the portal login page.
· Enter your username to receive an email
with a temporary password.
· After logging in, you'll be prompted to
create a new password.
· If you've forgotten your username,
navigate to Forms > Forgot My Username and
submit the form.
· You'll receive an email with your
username and a temporary password to reset your portal access.
· After logging in, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
Updating Your Email Address:
· Notify us of any email address changes to ensure you receive notifications.
· If your email is your username,
updating your email with us won't change your username.
· Log into the portal and go to My
Profile to update your username.
Using the Patient Portal
Sending a Message:
· After logging into your portal, click "Send Message" located at the top right under your name.
· Important: For urgent matters, please call our office at (704) 766-0320 instead of sending a message through the portal.
Prescription Refills:
· Contact your pharmacy directly; they will reach out to our office for any necessary prescriptions.
Making a Payment:
· Log into the portal, click Forms > Make a Payment to pay your bill.
· If you've forgotten your username or password, refer to the instructions above.
Setting Up a Payment Plan:
· Log into the portal, click Forms > Make Payment Arrangements to set up a monthly payment plan.
