Angela Stock Nairn, M.D., AAFP is a Board Certified Family Physician. She completed her B.S. degree at Oregon State University, and her medical degree at Oregon Health Science University. She completed her 3-year Family Medicine residency program in Chicago, Illinois, and then returned to the Pacific Northwest. She has been practicing in Astoria since 2000, and she and Dr. Merrill have been in private practice together since 2001.
Shannon Marsh, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a current member of the Nurse Practitioner of Oregon, ARNP United of Washington State, and the International Council of Nurses Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nurse Network.
Mrs. Marsh joined Pacific Family Medicine in 2020 and looks forward to serving her patients and their families for many years to come. Mrs. Marsh enjoys volunteering for the local animal shelter and youth sports activities.
By both being Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Nairn and Mrs. Marsh have completed medical training beyond their perspective medical education. They are well-versed in family dynamics, and are eager to provide a full scope of primary care service for all of your loved ones. It also means that they are required to take additional training each and every year in order to pass the latest certification examinations every 10 years; this affords them the latest knowledge and skills in Family Medicine.
