Manna Health is a home health care service that brings healthcare to you the patient. In the comfort of your own home we deliver the quality of care you deserve from someone you trust. Our team will work with you, your family and the staff to meet your healthcare needs.
We provide on-site primary care weekly. We have lab services and access to on-site x-ray and other supportive services. Medication is managed. There are no additional fees for this home health care service and we accept most health plans including Medicare and Medicaid. All systems are HIPAA compliant and communication systems are in place to keep providers, patients, facilities, and families up to date on patient care.
