may now contact us via the Updox encrypted, password protected,
secure, HIPAA compliant, patient portal. You can contact the office
with non-emergent messages and/or forms.
You may message the office directly after signing into the portal by clicking on the send message tab. This is the
first tabbed item under your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
This will then bring up the next screen where you can enter the subject
of the issue at hand in the upper box, and then enter the request in the
message box, which is below the subject box. After completing these
steps, click on the send tab, just below the message box.
To retrieve a message from the office, after signing in, please click on the message square, the one between the home and records squares. This bar contains 4 square buttons located just below the large Updox logo. This message square is not the one to send us messages. See the above explanation in the second paragraph to learn how to send messages to us.
We utilize the HIPAA compliant, password protected, encrypted Updox portal to transmit personal health information, so if you receive any other electronic messaging from Sunil or Bharti Lalla outside this portal please let us know and I would discourage you from opening the message. E-mailing patient information outside the secure encrypted portal is considered to be a potential HIPAA violation.
If we happen to get into
your spam account,
please let us know so we can help sort this out as well.
Also, only non-emergent messages please. If it is an emergency please do not use the portal
to seek help. It may take 24 to 48 hours to respond to your message.
If you send a message after normal business hours, you will likely get a
response the next business day.
