Lake Rheumatology welcomes you to our new patient portal. This portal will allow you to receive copies of any labs, radiology reports and any other procedures ordered by Dr. Stark and Dr. Blum. You are now able to send messages directly from the portal to the office. Please only use this message system for NON URGENT messages only, i.e. lab results, radiology results and any other non urgent questions. Prescriptions must still be requested from your pharmacy or call the office. Please DO NOT send prescription requests through this system.
