Offering appointments to patients 18 years and older, Home Towne Family Medicine combines the latest technology, up-to-date medicine, comfortable surroundings, and attention to personal service.  To make it easy, we offer evening hours, and can usually accommodate you on the same day if you call in the morning.  

We automatically create an account for you on this portal when we put your email address in our electronic medical record.  Your email address is your user name.  You will receive an email with instructions after your account is created.

06-10-21 Payment updates! We are pleased to announce that Home Towne Family Medicine has chosen a new, paperless billing solution to add convenience and flexibility for our patients to submit payment.

The transaction is simple. The next time a payment is due, simply visit https://www.paymymedicalbillonline.com/hometowne and input the required info to make a payment. Your payment will be automatically transferred to your account.

If you have opted to receive text messages, a monthly text will be sent to you with a secure link containing the current amount due for ease of payment.

TELEHEALTH or Virtual visits  6/20/25

Video Chat allows our practice to offer secure communications with our patients. During the COVID-19 period, telehealth was critical to care for patients.  At this time, Medicare's telehealth flexibilities, including expanded access to video visits, are extended through September 30, 2025, according to multiple CMS sources. After this date, some restrictions will be reinstated, requiring patients to be in a rural health care setting for most telehealth services.  Most insurances will likely follow this timeline for telehealth services.
