To schedule an appointment, simply go to our main website and then proceed to the page "Make Your Appointment Online." And do remember, your smart phone is just a small computer. Yes, you can schedule appointments online using your iPhone!
Prescription Renewals: Be sure to schedule an appointment for a date that is occurs shortly (i.e, one or 2 weeks) before your last prescription refill runs out. Please do not send messages (or call) requesting a renewal of your prescription. When you have no more automatic refills, you must come in for an office visit with Dr. Coghill.
