-- If you're making an appointment for a complete physical; Women 45 minutes and Men 30                 minutes. If you're making a Yearly appt, 30 minutes please.

--Receive your labs and/or test results.

--Request non-urgent appointments.

--Report any non-urgent messages.

Please try to keep your messages brief and precise, this will enable us to serve you better.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR CRITICAL ISSUES. If you are experiencing chest pain or other urgent symptoms, please do not hesitate to contact our office or proceed to the nearest emergency room for assistance.
