Replies to portal messages may take up to a week. If you have not received a reply to your message within a week or feel that you need a response sooner, please call our office. Your insurance may be billed a fee for medical advise not addressed during office visits.  If your insurance does not pay the claim, you may be billed $16-$32 per encounter.
